Glute-Focused Strength Class Monday 9:00am - 10:00am
This class is all about building strong, powerful, and toned glutes. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned lifter, Get Glutes focuses on exercises that specifically target and activate the glute muscles. We'll use a combination of bodyweight movements, resistance bands, dumbbells, and barbells to work on glute strength, endurance, and power.

This is your go-to class for a complete head-to-toe workout. Full-Body Strength & Conditioning combines resistance training with bursts of cardio to build strength, improve endurance, and boost your metabolism. We'll use a mix of free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to challenge every major muscle group.
